TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Service Description Ahead of the Gate provides real-time flight monitoring and SMS delay alerts. We use third-party aviation data to provide these updates; however, we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy or timeliness of flight data.
2. SMS Consent & Charges By subscribing, you provide express consent to receive automated text messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your flight activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".
3. Subscriptions & Billing The "Boarding Pass" is a monthly subscription of $5.00 USD. Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time via the link provided in our messages; cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability Ahead of the Gate is an information service only. We are not responsible for missed flights, travel expenses, or any damages resulting from delayed or inaccurate flight information.
5. SMS Service Requirement and Cancellation Policy Our flight tracking service is delivered entirely via SMS text messaging. An active, opted-in mobile number is required to receive alerts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Please note: Replying STOP legally severs our ability to send you any further messages, resulting in the immediate termination of your active service.
6. Refund Policy: Because replying STOP immediately disables the core functionality of the service, your account will be closed immediately. We do not offer prorated refunds or partial credits for the remainder of your current monthly billing cycle if you choose to terminate the service via SMS opt-out. You will receive an automated email confirming your cancellation, and you will not be billed again.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data We Collect: We collect your Email Address, Phone Number, and Payment Information (processed securely via Stripe).
2. Use of Data: Your phone number is used exclusively to send flight alerts. Your email is used for billing receipts and account support. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption and secure third-party processors (Stripe) to ensure your sensitive information remains protected.
